Hi, I’m Andre Terrell, owner of Andre Terrell Photography, based in Seal Beach, California. My passion for photography began in Long Beach, CA, sparked by a life-changing moment in 2008 when my daughter, Audrey, was born. Determined to capture her most precious milestones, I purchased my first DSLR camera—and what started as a way to document fatherhood quickly turned into a deep love for portrait photography.

One unforgettable day, while playing with Audrey in the front yard, I saw pure beauty and innocence in her eyes. I rushed to grab my camera, eager to freeze that moment forever. However, I was disappointed when I uploaded the images—they lacked emotion and depth. That night, determined to improve, I read my camera’s manual cover to cover, learning the fundamentals of photography. The next day, I tried again—and finally, I captured the moment's essence.

This realization shaped my philosophy as a Seal Beach photographer: photography isn’t just about taking pictures—it’s about preserving emotions, connections, and stories. Today, I aim to provide every client with authentic, high-quality portraits that reflect who they are.
